Frances L. Forde, MBA – Frances is a Managing Partner and Lead Management Executive at The Forde Executive Agency. She brings 18 years’ experience in managing the details for businesses and customers alike. Due to her extensive business education studies coupled with a career in non-profit business management, including educational certification, Frances can help develop and execute critical management processes for your company's success.

Frances uses her business acumen and educational studies to bring clarity, productivity, and cohesiveness to those she works with. Frances’ number one priority is to ensure her clients are satisfied with the quality executive administrative focused skills The Forde Executive Agency brings to effectively operate their business. Frances values higher education. She is diligent in searching for ways to strengthen her knowledge by seeking out meaningful certifications and other avenues of business development as a means of continued education.

Frances was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Alexandria, Virginia in 1999. Frances graduated from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Management. She further continued her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Administration, also from UMUC.

In her spare time, Frances enjoys runs and walks with her local Black Girls RUN! chapter. This joy has brought her a surprising satisfaction of improving her health and fitness by working out outdoors. Frances is also a devoted daughter, aunt, godmother, and friend. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Frances currently makes her home in Maryland.
